Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Metro Manila and will be sent to you via our partner courier. From the time of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays, orders will be delivered within the next 3-5 business days for those shipped within Metro Manila, and 3-7 business days for provincial delivery. Over-the-counter/bank deposit payments are verified within 24 hours before we can start processing your order.  

We ship nationwide but currently do not ship outside of the Philippines.

At Havaianas, we encourage a happy and balanced work schedule. Our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and government declared holidays. If you place an order at the end of day on Friday, over the weekend, or during a public holiday, please expect a confirmation from us on Monday or on the next business day. 

We strive to deliver your orders within 3-7 days, but we may encounter delays that may be caused by the following, among other exceptional circumstances:

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities and weather disruptions, accidents, civil disturbances, and other similar circumstances
  • Shipping service interruptions
  • Access to delivery area
  • Incomplete address indicated by customer or no one to receive the order
  • Peak season and holidays
  • Customization of products
  • Specialized items
Shipping and handling costs

Shipping costs are computed based on your delivery address and weight/size of your order.  For Metro Manila, shipping cost starts at Php100, while for provincial, minimum is Php120.  Shipping costs will vary and will be computed upon checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you believe you have received an item in error, please contact us at info@shophavaianas.ph so that we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
